Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Payment Policy Upon agreement between LoPix Photo Booth (Provider) and the Client, all event details shall be confirmed in writing. To secure the event date, a non-refundable retainer fee equal to no less than 50% of the total balance is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) day prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of service without any refund. (If LoPix and Client mutually agree by writing that the final payment will be made on the date of the event, and the Client fails to issue payment, a late fee of $25.00 per day will be apply for the first two (2) days, increasing to $50.00 per day thereafter until payment is received in full)
